Key Responsibilities

•Perform on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems.
•Handle on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and related peripherals.
•Serve as company liaison with clients for administrative and technical matters.
•Interpret client needs, clarify the appropriate team responsible for problem resolution, and escalate as needed to sales, client support representatives, or engineers.

Key Requirements

•Ability to perform on-site integration of multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software, networking products, and operating systems.
•Experience with on-site and remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or repair of IT endpoints and peripherals.
•Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals.
•Strong client-facing skills to serve as a liaison for administrative and technical matters.
•Ability to assess client needs and determine whether resolution belongs with sales, client support, or engineering teams.
