Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations
  • •Maintain and improve month-end close processes, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • •Ensure compliance with GAAP
  • •Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and improve close accuracy and speed
  • •Support annual financial statement audit information requests and analyze financial statements/GL accounts for expected fluctuations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • •3-4 years of experience, ideally a mix of public accounting and private accounting
  • •CPA preferred
  • •Experience in complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, inventory, stock-based compensation, debt/equity financing, business combinations, or investments
  • •Experience leveraging automation, AI tools, or advanced technology to improve accounting processes, reporting, reconciliations, or close efficiency
