Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with sales leaders on enablement opportunities using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
  • •Deliver audience-tailored enablement content and contribute to knowledge bases, training sessions, and weekly updates.
  • •Proactively plan, prioritize, and execute the enablement plan with leadership.
  • •Develop learning objectives and measurable outcomes with the Learning Design Experience team, including pre/post evaluations and metrics.
  • •Maintain knowledge of competitors’ products and company direction, and provide feedback to improve curricula (including proposing updates or additions).

Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years in sales enablement and/or direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic enablement/business partner role (SDR experience preferred).
  • •Proven success driving measurable impact through enablement programs.
  • •Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, especially in SaaS or complex sales environments.
  • •Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Salesloft, Gong), LMS, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
