Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Ensure safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement steps to improve performance.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject based on cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train associates on Quality Control standards and help minimize re-checks, rework, and production delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and stand for extended periods in a shop environment.
