Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, preparation, and review of complex statutory financial statements and reports, including related forms, returns, and tax filings.
  • •Research, draft, and coordinate GAAP and statutory disclosures and evaluate impacts of pending legislation and accounting policy changes.
  • •Manage financial pre-close/close discussions and maintain close task tracking to meet reporting deadlines.
  • •Support audits and respond to external audit firms, IRS, regulators, and examiners with analytical, compliance, and data integrity information.
  • •Optimize financial and regulatory reporting processes, coordinate multi-team projects, and supervise work of less experienced staff and offshore contractors.
