Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned regional payrolls, ensuring consistent processes and that all employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • •Prepare monthly payroll journals and ensure payroll-related payments (e.g., tax and pension) are approved and paid within required timeframes.
  • •Process RSU and stock option payroll items and handle payroll associated queries efficiently.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance and support statutory reporting and year-end activities in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • •Work with project management to deliver the EMEA payroll roadmap, including transitioning to ADP and implementing automation and standardisation.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant and demonstrable knowledge of successful payroll processing, including managing multiple EMEA payrolls.
  • •Experience preparing payroll journal bookings and reconciliations.
  • •Knowledge of SOX compliance (including SAS 70/SSAE16 where appropriate) and payroll associated payments such as tax and pensions.
  • •Ability to identify and implement payroll process improvements and manage vendors effectively.
  • •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to deliver under pressure.
