•Own the technical sales motion for a set of Retail accounts from discovery through close.
•Run structured discovery to identify customer goals, constraints, and success criteria, mapping them to a Braze solution.
•Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives tailored to business and technical audiences.
•Design and support technical validations and POVs to build customer confidence in Braze capabilities.
•Collaborate with Sales, Security, Legal, Product, and Services to address risk and implementation considerations, and align early on solution scope and success criteria for post-sales handoff.

Travel: High travel
