Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and follow up documentation relating to credit facilities.
  • •Liaise with back office/middle office and related parties to follow customer account activities and ensure timely, accurate transaction completion.
  • •Support the Relationship Manager in delivering high-standard professional service to ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport with customers.
  • •Maintain a service-enhancement culture and handle difficult customer situations to satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above; accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred.
  • •Banking-related experience, preferably in credit or sales-related positions.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a mature teamwork spirit.
  • •Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • •Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, with excellent spoken and written English and computer literacy.
