Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and diagnose GSE and MHE during turn-in processing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance per Army standards and applicable TMs.
  • •Service and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems for equipment including generators, air compressors, hydraulic jacks, and forklifts.
  • •Maintain audit-ready documentation by recording maintenance and inspection results and updating condition codes (A–H) in accordance with quality requirements.
  • •Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies, safely handling fuels, lubricants, batteries, and hazardous materials.
  • •Coordinate with supply and material teams to verify serviceability and documentation, and provide technical advice for turn-in, storage, and shipment.

Salary: USD 29.03 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining GSE or MHE in an Army or contractor environment.
  • •Familiarity with Army maintenance standards, technical manuals (TMs), and property accountability requirements.
  • •Ability to perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) for GSE/MHE.
  • •Proficiency reading TMs, schematics, and maintenance work orders, with strong attention to detail and recordkeeping.
  • •Ability to operate forklifts/cranes or other MHE with proper licensing (OF 346 or equivalent) and maintain required credentials/background checks.
