Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project controls activities, ensuring effective planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting within approved budgets and timelines.
  • •Implement and manage project controls processes, systems, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated project programmes, schedules, cost plans, forecasts, and performance baselines.
  • •Monitor project performance vs. scope, budget, schedule, milestones, and KPIs; analyze variances and recommend corrective or recovery actions.
  • •Manage change control and support Extension of Time assessments and mitigation strategies, coordinating with relevant project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10–12 years of relevant project controls experience, including large-scale and complex projects.
  • •Strong experience in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Advanced knowledge of project controls and scheduling/cost practices, including critical path analysis, earned value, change control, and risk/cost schedule integration.
  • •Advanced proficiency with project controls and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, plus strong Excel and reporting system skills.
