Job Summary

Lead development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing/operational processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. •Drive process improvement initiatives targeting safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost reduction.
•Analyze manufacturing/business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste.
•Develop and implement standardized work, process controls, and best practices using DFM/DFA, FMEA, 3P, 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma.
•Partner cross-functionally to resolve technical and operational issues, oversee root cause analysis/corrective actions, and support capital projects and new product/process introductions.

•7+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or operations improvement.
•2+ years of people leadership or team management experience.
•Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement methods.
•Experience with lean principles (e.g., Visual Management, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, Kanban).
