Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall customer relationship and outcomes for education customers in Asia/APAC.
  • •Develop customer success plans with measurable outcomes and drive adoption and value realization across the Instructure ecosystem.
  • •Proactively identify renewal risks, sentiment changes, and barriers to long-term success ahead of renewal.
  • •Identify, qualify, and progress growth opportunities aligned to customer priorities, partnering with Sales and Renewals.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally across Support, Services, Product, and Sales to resolve customer challenges and advance customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role, ideally in Educational Technology.
  • •Experience building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including senior and executive stakeholders.
  • •Commercial awareness to discuss customer value, renewal risk, and growth opportunities.
  • •Strong written and verbal English communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • •Experience using CRM, Customer Success, or project management tools to manage customer activity and portfolio visibility.
