Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor shift labor cost, including overtime, and ensure accurate accounting close-out for special events.
  • •Check accuracy of the labor system at end of shift and maintain a consistent atmosphere (lights, sound level, room temperature, cleanliness, line of sight).
  • •Ensure recap forms are submitted to accounting and that Blues Buster is set up for success.
  • •Complete opening, ongoing, and closing duties including daily liquor pulls, cash drawer change readiness, and pre-shift communication.
  • •Conduct safety, cleaning, and maintenance walk-throughs; verify ticket counts with box office and log nightly sales and operational issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •3 years of supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant/music hall environment.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a Point of Sales system (preferably MICROS).
  • •Ability to work late hours and regularly work evenings/nights, including flexible scheduling.
