Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Production Manager, venue, touring, and client production teams to support show and event execution.
  • •Assist with settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks for the Production department.
  • •Coordinate interdepartmental communication and support production personnel.
  • •Create and maintain department manuals and training materials for production roles.
  • •Maintain inventory and maintenance logs and help schedule staff, rentals, and hospitality within budget guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior production experience specific to entertainment venues, theaters, or touring scenarios.
  • •General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems.
  • •Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • •Calm, levelheaded decision-making with clear, concise judgment, sometimes with limited information.
  • •Strong computing and accounting skills using tools like Excel and common productivity/collaboration platforms.
