Job Summary

Own domain expertise across TikTok ad solution “Levers” (e.g., measurement, SKAN, signals, and commerce-related solutions) and partner with CS Leads and CSMs to scale 1:1 client strategies. Act as the escalation point for advanced technical and measurement issues, attribution flows, and MMP integrations. Lead consultative client workshops, translate product updates into enablement, and drive activation of advanced products to support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Own subject matter expertise across TikTok strategic solution domains (Levers) including Apps, Measurement, Signals, SKAN, Leads, Branding, TTS, Catalog, or Commerce solutions.
•Partner with CS Leads to design scalable frameworks, playbooks, and operational standards that improve solution adoption and execution quality.
•Serve as the escalation point for advanced technical strategy and measurement troubleshooting, including attribution flows, signal quality gaps, pixel/app events, and MMP integrations.
•Lead consultative workshops with clients and agencies on measurement maturity, attribution, creative strategy, audience signals, app growth, or full-funnel activation.
•Translate product and engineering updates into actionable commercial enablement, and identify blockers to drive resolution and process improvement across teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience in digital advertising, account management, media planning, or consulting.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, including data analytics tools.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating technical language to non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience managing performance campaigns on digital platforms.
•Knowledge of MMP integrations and reporting, plus measurement strategies and incrementality frameworks.
