Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Adhere to asset protection policies and procedures including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
  • •Support retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
