  • •Manage an assigned base of sophisticated wealth management clients and work with client service teams and professional advisors to understand needs and goals.
  • •Lead client conversations and provide proactive, holistic wealth management advice aligned to products/services, emerging issues, and regulatory/tax changes.
  • •Maintain and apply fiduciary standards, practices, and applicable laws to manage complex fiduciary relationships and prudent risk management.
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance relationships and build new business through referral sources and external advisors.
  • •Teach and mentor less experienced partners and advise on fiduciary issues as a subject matter expert; support fiduciary projects and committees.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years’ experience as a relationship manager or attorney in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields.
  • •Extensive fiduciary account experience and the ability to service complex client relationships.
  • •Technical knowledge of investments, tax, legal, and operations obtained through formal education or related experience.
  • •Knowledge of fiduciary standards, principles, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • •JD or similar credential strongly preferred; college degree or relevant work experience required.
