Job Summary

Lead SAP SD, LE, and TM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support for end-to-end order-to-cash and logistics execution. Gather requirements across sales, shipping, transportation, and warehousing, configure SD/TM/LE processes, and integrate with connected SAP modules (MM, EWM, FI). Own testing and defect resolution, support data migration and cutover, and partner with business users and technical teams to deliver stable logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather and analyze requirements for sales, shipping, transportation, and logistics processes.
•Configure and support SAP SD processes (customer master integration, order-to-cash components, delivery/billing/returns, pricing and output).
•Configure and support SAP TM processes (freight orders/booking, transportation planning, carrier selection, tendering, freight settlement and charge calculation).
•Configure and support SAP LE processes (shipping point and route determination, delivery processing, picking/packing/loading, shipment processing, warehouse and transportation coordination).
•Support integration across SD/TM/LE and connected modules, testing (unit/SIT/UAT/regression), data migration/cutover, and production support.
