Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily production activities across composite fabrication, airframe assembly, subassembly integration, avionics, and final vehicle build operations.
  • •Supervise, coach, and develop technicians and lead technicians to ensure strong technical execution and continuous growth.
  • •Drive daily attainment to production schedules while balancing labor, tooling, material readiness, cure cycles, inspection hold points, and downstream integration needs.
  • •Ensure work is performed per released work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and controlled documentation, including configuration control and product traceability.
  • •Enforce safe work practices and maintain 5S, tool accountability, equipment readiness, and calibration compliance throughout fabrication, assembly, and vehicle integration.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • •2+ years in a leadership role such as Production Supervisor or equivalent shop-floor team leadership.
  • •Experience supporting composite fabrication, structural assembly, mechanical integration, or final assembly in an aerospace production environment.
  • •Experience with GD&T, ASME Y14.5, and AS9100 / ISO9001 quality standards.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, assembly documentation, and workmanship standards.
