Key Responsibilities

  • •Thoroughly investigate Section 75 claims and determine the correct outcome within a maximum of 90 days
  • •Speak and write to customers to understand claim details and gather information
  • •Explore systems and processes to collect evidence and research cases
  • •Identify exemptions (e.g., Debtor–Creditor–Supplier agreement) and communicate the principles to parties
  • •Ensure security of customer and merchant data and escalate/liaise with relevant teams if litigation or publicity issues arise
