Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform product repairs of Eaton UPS.

  • •Deliver first-class field service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 2 years of vocational training degree (electrical/electronics) or equivalent
  • •Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the electrical industry with backup solutions (UPS)
  • •Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently
  • •Ability to understand on-line and line-interactive UPS systems
  • •Fluency in Portuguese and English
