•Define solution architecture for new digital-experience initiatives, including design/deployment diagrams.
•Develop technology strategy and roadmaps by evaluating emerging technologies such as AI/ML services, edge, and serverless.
•Establish standards and governance across coding, security baselines, CI/CD, and observability best practices.
•Lead rapid proof-of-concepts to validate architectural choices and capture performance metrics.
•Partner with global stakeholders (product, UX, data, security, SRE), mentor via architecture workshops/design reviews/code-review guidance, and produce architecture artifacts and executive presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•6+ years of software development with at least 4 years in integration/enterprise architecture.
•Strong experience with web technologies (Spring, Angular, React, NodeJS), microservices, Kubernetes, and NoSQL (Mongo).
•Experience with authentication methods like OAuth and SAML.
•Excellent written/verbal communication, strong stakeholder management, and mentorship leadership in an agile environment.
