Support the Legal Department in managing corporate and insurance compliance, including company secretarial activities, filings with the Italian Companies Register and tax authorities, and preparation of legally required statements and certificates for internal stakeholders. Ensure timely insurance policy renewals, coordinate communication with brokers and accounting, and support HR and Finance with fiscal declarations and dividend-related controls. Handle digital signature devices, SPID credentials for legal entities, PEC inbox management, and periodic certificate extractions.
