Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage corporate secretarial activities such as maintaining and updating corporate books, arranging Shareholders’ Meetings and Board meetings, and supporting corporate bodies and the audit firm.
  • •Produce legally required declarations and certificates for internal commercial teams, ensuring accuracy and ongoing updates.
  • •Support HR and Accounting with preparation of fiscal declarations, including checks of corporate information and dividends.
  • •Coordinate periodic insurance policy renewals by ensuring timely premium payments and maintaining accurate information flow with brokers and accounting.

Key Requirements
