Job Summary

Serve as an IT System Administrator with a hands-on focus on AI enablement—deploying and maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, configuring AI features in enterprise SaaS platforms, and provisioning AI agent infrastructure (service accounts, keys, permissions, and monitoring). Key Responsibilities

•Set up, configure, and maintain MCP servers that connect AI systems to internal tools and data sources, including access scoping, credential management, and integration troubleshooting.
•Enable and govern AI features across enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Atlassian Rovo, Slack AI, Okta AI, ChatGPT, Google Gemini) in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
•Provision and support AI agent infrastructure, including service accounts, API key management, permissions scoping, rate limit monitoring, and access auditing.
•Support lifecycle management for IT systems and SaaS tools (onboarding/offboarding, access management, feature rollouts, cleanups, and reviews) while addressing technical debt.
•Escalate complex ITSM issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain documentation (architecture diagrams, access maps, runbooks, troubleshooting guides).

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems.
•Hands-on experience setting up and managing MCP servers and deploying AI agents and AI features in enterprise SaaS tools.
•Familiarity with scripting/automation using Python and/or Bash, plus Git for version control and JSON/YAML for configuration and API work.
•Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and running/troubleshooting containerized services.
•Experience with API-based integrations (managing keys, scoping permissions, reading docs, troubleshooting connectivity), with ability to work in a Kanban-style environment.
