Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing transmission and substation projects according to contract scope and project objectives.
  • •Coordinate daily project activities with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to keep tasks on schedule.
  • •Track project progress using key performance indicators, identify risks/delays, and report findings to senior team members.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, risk assessments, change orders, and closeout reports.
  • •Assist with budget tracking by reviewing cost estimates and ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry related experience) in engineering, engineering management, or construction management, from an accredited university.
  • •3+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction, and/or the electric power industry.
  • •Basic understanding of project management principles and processes, focused on coordination and communication.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic project management software.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with engineering and non-engineering audiences.
