Job Summary

Lead corporate development for Asia & the Middle East, building and owning financial models to support valuation and deal structuring. Conduct commercial, industry, and competitor analysis to identify acquisition, investment, and joint-venture opportunities. Participate in end-to-end due diligence and support deal execution through closing, then draft investment memos and maintain regional deal pipeline reporting against original investment theses.

•Build and own financial models for valuation and deal structuring.
•Perform industry and competitor analysis to evaluate acquisition, investment, joint venture, and strategic initiative targets.
•Participate in financial, tax, legal, and operational due diligence, coordinating with external advisors and cross-functional teams across Asia, London, and New York.
•Support end-to-end deal execution from initial assessment through closing.
•Draft investment memos for senior management and maintain the regional deal pipeline with reporting on investment performance vs. thesis.

•Comfortable working with large datasets (e.g., digital sales and streaming reports); Advanced Excel is essential.
