Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own financial models for valuation and deal structuring.
  • •Perform industry and competitor analysis to evaluate acquisition, investment, joint venture, and strategic initiative targets.
  • •Participate in financial, tax, legal, and operational due diligence, coordinating with external advisors and cross-functional teams across Asia, London, and New York.
  • •Support end-to-end deal execution from initial assessment through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • •Minimum five years’ experience in corporate development, deal advisory, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar analytical role.
  • •Strong proficiency in financial modeling and exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Comfortable working with large datasets (e.g., digital sales and streaming reports); Advanced Excel is essential.
  • •Fluency in English; ability to manage multiple projects and craft clear, persuasive presentations.
