Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the preparation, development, and revision of detailed CAD drawings for ICT, AV, ELV, and security system designs.
  • •Translate engineering inputs into precise, Tender ready drawings and coordinated design packages.
  • •Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, client specifications, and regional authority regulations (e.g. SIRA).
  • •Produce schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, layouts, equipment schedules, and pathway coordination drawings.
  • •Coordinate closely with design engineers to resolve to maintain multidisciplinary alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Electrical/Electronics, or related field.
  • •10+ years of experience as a Draftsman within ICT, AV, ELV, or Security system disciplines, preferably on Middle East projects.
  • •Expertise in AutoCAD with strong experience preparing ICT/ELV/AV drawings, schematics, and tender documentation.
  • •Experience with Revit/BIM, Navisworks, or 3D coordination is a strong advantage.
  • •Deep understanding of low-voltage systems detailing and production including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, PA/BGM, networking, fiber optics, and control systems.
