Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of manufacturing specialists, technicians, and equipment maintenance personnel accountable for process development, product qualification, reliability, and high-volume ramp of silicon packages and flight/consumer hardware.
•Own safety performance, ensuring all team members receive required Environmental, Health & Safety training and strictly follow safety policies.
•Develop and mentor team members through training, performance management, career progression, hiring, and discipline.
•Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and other tools to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, lower costs, and improve throughput and quality.
•Develop and execute daily production plans, prioritizing work based on customer commitments, manpower, equipment capacity, and material availability.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree with 3+ years in manufacturing/test or 5+ years with no degree.
•3+ years hands-on experience with safety‑critical systems, mechanical assemblies, automated equipment, and multi‑axis heavy equipment.
•3+ years of formal team leadership experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, operations management, or math (preferred).
•3+ years managing production teams in a semiconductor back-end cleanroom environment (NPI/Assembly & Test experience strongly preferred).
