Provide evidence-based, holistic nursing care in the Emergency Department, including triage, assessment, prioritization, and ongoing monitoring of patients under senior supervision. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver evidence-based, courteous care to patients throughout their pathway of care in the Emergency Department.
•Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients’ needs under supervision; treat critical injuries and trauma, including wound care and primary closure.
•As a Triage/Triage Nurse, assess and prioritize patients upon arrival, identify urgent cases, and support timely medical intervention and patient flow.
•Perform initial nursing assessments, record vital signs, document relevant medical history, and complete documentation accurately per hospital and JCIA standards while maintaining confidentiality.
•Follow safe medication practices, administer and maintain drugs per policy and law, comply with high-alert medication protocols and LASA precautions, and report medication errors/near misses and safety hazards.

Key Requirements

•Hold a UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA).
•Bachelor’s degree in nursing (or Degree in Nursing with minimum two years course duration) and registration as a Registered Nurse from Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia.
•2+ years’ experience working in a hospital or similar setting.
•Resuscitation Certificate (as per the specialty) and demonstrable ongoing active Continues Personal Development (CPD).
•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong verbal and written communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
