Own and execute the product strategy for Payment Rails across Brazil, Latin America, and globally, leading mapping and integrations for the Pismo Core Banking platform. Drive roadmap delivery for use cases centered on PIX, B2B, CoDi, and other payment systems, collaborating with engineering, business teams, and partners. Manage the product backlog, ensure scalability and non-functional requirements, and support pre-sales with demos, presentations, and RFP responses.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the product strategy for Payment Rails in Brazil, Latin America, and globally, including mapping and integrations for the evolution of the Pismo Core Banking platform.
•Support expansion strategy for countries and regions within the global expansion plan.
•Manage product backlog and roadmap planning with other Payment Rails Product Managers, using criteria for priority recommendations and team allocation.
•Collaborate with engineering using agile methods to implement the roadmap (build, partner, buy) and deliver value continuously.
•Work with sales and pre-sales to understand customer requirements and assist with product demonstrations, presentations, and RFP responses.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience with discovery and delivery in complex, scalable environments.
•Proven experience managing financial and payment products, especially Real-Time and Instant Payments in Brazil.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end payment flows, including settlement, reconciliation, and transaction processing from technical and financial perspectives.
•Strong knowledge of payment rails integrations for domestic and international systems, with emphasis on LAC payment systems and market regulations.
•Technical experience with APIs and microservices architecture in cloud environments, plus product work such as writing specifications and user stories; experience with JIRA and Confluence.
