Support the production and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral for IRE’s Asia Pacific multi-portfolio funds and separate accounts, including quarterly updates and due diligence support. Review collateral data, messaging, and design for brand consistency and improvements. Manage the compliance review/approval workflow, communicate outcomes to stakeholders, and publish approved files to Invesco digital platforms. Coordinate data source instructions and help track team requests and workload.

•Produce and maintain collateral for Asia Pacific products (multi-portfolio funds and separate accounts), supporting quarterly updates through due diligence and ad-hoc requests.
•Review collateral data and messaging as well as design, making improvements while aligning to brand guidelines and related documents.
•Oversee and support the quarterly compliance review/approval process, advising colleagues and updating documents to meet regulatory requirements.
•Communicate compliance approval outcomes to stakeholders and publish approved files to Invesco digital platforms for capital raising efforts.
•Maintain instructions for sourcing data used by the team for manual quarterly updates and track team request inbox/workload progress.

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
•Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
