Key Responsibilities

•Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines on the GCP cloud platform using data processing frameworks.
•Use an analytical, data-driven approach to understand and support fast-changing business needs.
•Collaborate with the team to evaluate priorities and liaise with business partners on data systems and requirements.
•Participate in project planning by identifying milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements and tracking execution.
•Design, operationalize, secure, and monitor data processing systems with a focus on scalability, efficiency, reliability, and fidelity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•5–10 years’ experience in a data engineering role.
•Expertise in software engineering using Scala/Java/Python.
•Advanced SQL skills, with preference for BigQuery.
•Experience with GCP managed services (Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Data Fusion) and workflow management.
