Job Summary

Lead pre- and post-contract cost and commercial management for building projects in the North West, managing QS/Cost teams, bidding, and client engagement. You’ll oversee estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial management, delivering services across Buildings with NEC/JCT contract knowledge and a focus on residential BtR and PBSA markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre- and post-contract Cost & Commercial Management services, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial/commercial management for projects.
•Deliver QS commercial services, lead a team, train and mentor staff, bid writing, win work, and represent the firm at industry events.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sectors and manage client relationships on a North West regional portfolio.
•Provide management, project leadership, and delivery oversight with strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT) in public and private sector buildings projects.
•Support development of residential BtR and PBSA schemes and contribute to the PMCM Buildings group with strategic input and market insights.
