Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre- and post-contract Cost & Commercial Management services, including estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance, and post-contract financial/commercial management for projects.
  • •Deliver QS commercial services, lead a team, train and mentor staff, bid writing, win work, and represent the firm at industry events.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple sectors and manage client relationships on a North West regional portfolio.
  • •Provide management, project leadership, and delivery oversight with strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT) in public and private sector buildings projects.
  • •Support development of residential BtR and PBSA schemes and contribute to the PMCM Buildings group with strategic input and market insights.
