Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direction of a Project Lead, develop, modify, and review models and drawings to incorporate design intent.
  • •Produce coordinated architectural documents including specifications, plans, elevations, sections, and details following project standards.
  • •Prepare 2D/3D presentations, models, design drawings, and renderings for project development.
  • •Develop solutions to technical and design problems with attention to detail, efficiency, and quality.
  • •Support project scope and planning, including reporting progress, risks, and delivering design tasks against the design programme.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a qualified Architect with previous experience in the construction/architectural industry.
  • •Understanding of UK Building Regulations and relevant technical design guidance and standards.
  • •Working capability and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • •Experience working autonomously and as part of an architectural design team, managing tender and construction stage works packages.
  • •Must be able to obtain UK vetting level Security Check (SC).
