Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site due diligence to evaluate powered land and development sites, including assessing utility and behind-the-meter power solutions at 200MW+ scale
  • •Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners and developers to ensure we never miss a valid site
  • •Conduct vendor due diligence, including on-site audits with specialist engineers
  • •Own capacity planning and forecasting across all clients and regions to ensure capacity availability for new and unforeseen projects
  • •Lead commercial negotiations with landowners/developers for land acquisitions/leases
Travel: Medium travel
