Key Responsibilities

•Lead site due diligence to evaluate powered land and development sites, including assessing utility and behind-the-meter power solutions at 200MW+ scale
•Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners and developers to ensure we never miss a valid site
•Conduct vendor due diligence, including on-site audits with specialist engineers
•Own capacity planning and forecasting across all clients and regions to ensure capacity availability for new and unforeseen projects
•Lead commercial negotiations with landowners/developers for land acquisitions/leases

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 235,000 annually

•Proven track record of closing large/complex real-estate deals
•Travel 20%+ as needed for projects
