Job Summary

Join a two-year rotational graduate program across Operations and Production, starting in Soignies and moving to international production sites in Europe during your second year. In your first 12 months, work with the Maintenance team to deploy a new maintenance process for the entire plant. Use PDCA, define and track internal KPIs with the GMAO, and lead change initiatives to drive continuous operational improvement.

Key Requirements

•Geographic mobility to work on different European sites during the program.
•An unlimited work permit for the EU is required for this program.
