Senior Benefits Analyst

Support Zillow’s U.S.-based Benefits Team as an operational partner, administering health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary plans with a focus on accurate, compliant delivery and positive employee experience. Process enrollments and qualifying life events in the HRIS, resolve discrepancies with carriers and vendors, and serve as a Tier 3 resource. Handle benefits billing support, coordinate international benefits across multiple countries, and execute recurring compliance and data audits.
