Supervise weekend warehouse operations for replenishment, picking, trouble resolution, and Value-Added Services (VAS). Lead associates with measurable daily, monthly, and yearly goals, manage staffing levels and workflow priorities, and ensure fiscal responsibility through budgets, forecasts, cost control, and DC/LM reporting to meet throughput targets. Ensure compliance with VF policies and OSHA regulations while supporting efficient, accurate product flow wave-by-wave.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise accurate and timely warehouse operations across replenishment, picking, trouble resolution, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
•Meet fiscal responsibility targets, including budgets and forecasts, cost control, and reporting for labor planning and supplies.
•Manage product flow wave-by-wave from replenishment through fast pick/shelf picking, trouble resolution, and VAS.
•Set clear, measurable goals and provide supervisory leadership to associates to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers.
•Create, generate, and analyze DC/LM reports and ensure staffing levels and workload priorities support daily/monthly throughput goals and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of related experience and professional achievements, including 2+ years of equivalent warehouse experience.
•Experience and proficiency with WMS (PkMS) and other comparable WMS, RF, and MHE technologies.
•Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
•Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficient Microsoft Office and excellent English communication (Spanish preferred).
