Job Summary

Lead design and delivery of OKX’s crypto trading infrastructure (spot, derivatives, and risk controls) across cross‑functional teams. Drive product strategy, partner with Legal/Compliance, conduct market and customer research, and shape data monitoring and roadmaps for a system handling billions in daily trading volume.

Key Responsibilities

•Design crypto assets trading products for spot and derivatives, including order management, margin check, trading risk engine, matching engine, and lending/borrowing features.
•Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Local Market teams to design robust, scalable trading infrastructure for regulated markets.
•Conduct industry and customer research to identify innovations to keep the trading system leading in crypto and TradFi.
•Develop a sophisticated data monitoring system to provide a comprehensive view of the trading system and industry trends.
•Provide short- and medium-term product iteration plans and roadmaps based on product life cycle, competition and resource constraints.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (or above) in mathematics, physics or computer science
•5+ years experience building sophisticated backend systems in crypto or traditional finance
•Strong logical thinking with excellent teamwork and communication, able to coordinate cross‑departmental efforts
•Strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry
•Proactive, enthusiastic and responsive to customer feedback from a product perspective
