Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase Eaton’s market presence by placing products and solutions into tenders and improving project win probability
  • •Build and strengthen relationships with new customers, especially planner/engineering offices and their decision-makers
  • •Increase project knowledge at the start and influence planner/engineering offices in early project phases with a focus on spec-in
  • •Develop technical solutions/system concepts for UPS in close collaboration with Planning & Engineering and field sales
  • •Coordinate and position specified projects with regional sales teams and key stakeholders while tracking tender publication and award timelines

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in electrical engineering or technician training in electrical engineering, ideally combined with training as an energy plant electrician
  • •Several years of relevant professional experience in the stated field
  • •Solid technical knowledge of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), including understanding industrial control systems and communication
  • •Ability to listen actively, ask questions, understand customer requirements, and explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences
  • •Fluent German and very good English skills in speaking and writing
