Job Summary

Develop and promote Esri’s GIS-driven infrastructure solutions by delivering industry content, campaigns, and demonstrations across GIS-enabled sectors (electric, gas, telecom, AEC, water, rail). Partner with marketing, sales, product, and partners to drive awareness, demand, and qualified leads; leverage Reality Mapping and Digital Twin capabilities to showcase domain expertise and support press, analyst briefings, and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, manage, and execute campaign tactics and related internal communications to meet Industry campaign success goals, including conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and workshops; collateral including blogs, white papers, brochures, and articles; web and social media; press media and advertising
•Align and collaborate with multiple Esri teams including marketing, sales, product development, international distributors, training, and partner teams to successfully deliver campaigns and qualified leads
•Work with Industry Managers and Marketing Specialists to track campaign progress at every step and proactively work with internal and external customers to steer activities in the right direction
•Support a regular cadence of content (such as webinars, customer success stories, eBooks, social media, blogs, and more) that drives awareness, demand, and community
•Develop deep GIS domain expertise and be responsible for providing product demonstrations and industry expertise to support press and analyst briefings, partner engagements, and customer meetings

Salary: USD 96,096 - 153,296 annually

•5+ years of experience working in Infrastructure-related industries
•Knowledge of GIS and GIS applications within the infrastructure domain (Electric, Gas, Telecom, AEC, Water, Imagery or Digital Twins)
•Excellent communication skills to include written, verbal, and presentation
•Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and can multi-task activities
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, GIS, or geography or a related field
