  • •Direct maintenance activities to maintain plant assets effectively while sustaining continuous plant operations.
  • •Ensure safety is the top priority and maintain compliance with EHS requirements (OSHA, state, local, and company).
  • •Assess team performance and initiate or recommend training or other actions to address skill gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of progressively increasing leadership experience in maintenance or engineering within industrial, commercial, or military environments.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and maintenance concepts, project management, reliability practices, and financial management for capital/expense spending.
  • •Experience with MRO and CMMS.
  • •2-year technical degree in a maintenance-related discipline, or related work experience (preferred).
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to develop direct reports and lead a team to success.
