Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate display engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle to support program execution and delivery objectives.
  • •Partner with internal teams to evaluate design trade-offs, address technical issues, and support product integration.
  • •Collaborate with external ODM partners to drive engineering execution, resolve issues, and align schedules.
  • •Support technical discussions on display technologies, manufacturability, supplier capabilities, and product quality requirements.
  • •Work cross-functionally to understand business needs, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of development challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Display Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • •Typically 7–10 years of work experience in engineering design and implementation across the hardware development lifecycle.
  • •Knowledge of display technologies, hardware development processes, manufacturing, and/or supplier engagement.
  • •Familiarity with consumer electronics, computing devices, or related hardware products.
  • •Experience working with ODM, OEM, or contract manufacturing partners, with strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
