Lead Central Payment Operations at Wise, rebuilding the way payment defects and incidents are handled by moving from a human-first model to a hybrid AI + human operating system. Own operational outcome metrics (cost, first-resolution, defect rate, operational loss) while partnering with product and engineering to co-shape the roadmap. Design, ship, and evaluate AI-assisted workflows, establish observability and eval foundations, and grow the leadership bench.
