  • •Provide front-line leadership and technical direction for the Data Center Thermal & Cooling engineering team, coaching and inspiring engineers to deliver technical excellence.
  • •Set technology strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, and translating insights into roadmaps.
  • •Lead advanced engineering and NTI programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring execution excellence, risk management, and key milestone achievement.
  • •Own engineering workforce planning, resource allocation, organizational capability development, and manage engineering budgets, investments, and laboratory infrastructure.
  • •Develop talent strategies for hiring, engagement, succession, retention, and capability building; mentor future leaders and foster continuous learning.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering with proven leadership in data center cooling, thermal management, and technology development.
  • •8–15 years of experience in a multinational environment working with OEMs, hyperscalers, and data center customers on advanced cooling and infrastructure solutions.
  • •3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in thermal, cooling, power, or related technologies.
  • •Exposure to liquid cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, immersion cooling, CDU systems, and AI data center infrastructure.
  • •Experience collaborating with North American and/or European stakeholders.
