Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage business requirement and IT solution process design and implementation across international projects.
  • •Drive SAP S/4HANA rollouts and integration activities for Sika entities and acquisitions in the EMEA region.
  • •Collaborate on SAP OTC template design and rollout programme for standardized processes.
  • •Perform process reviews and adjustments during transformation from S/4 compatibility mode to S/4 standard.
  • •Support design/implementation of new processes and system changes, including enquiry handling, error analysis, and coordination of corrective measures.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in the OTC domain, including at least 4 years in OTC process architecture & design.
  • •Proven functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Strong understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment, with focus on sales processes (OTC).
  • •Excellent communication skills in English, plus structured, analytical problem-solving and teamwork.
