Key Responsibilities

  • •Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR questions and needs.
  • •Work with the LATAM HR team on employee relations, performance, talent, and organizational matters.
  • •Support onboarding, promotions, internal transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations.

Key Requirements

  • •Four to five years of HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Operations, People Partner, or similar role.

  • •Strong understanding of core HR processes in a multinational or regional environment.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Comfortable handling HR data, reports, and Excel while maintaining confidentiality and good judgment.
