Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design problems end-to-end, from understanding and defining the user experience through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, implementation, and iteration.
  • •Turn ambiguous requirements into clarity by working with Product, Engineering, Research, and stakeholders to determine what to solve.
  • •Design for outcomes using research, data, and customer feedback to validate whether designs improve the customer experience.
  • •Partner closely with Product and Engineering early in the process and navigate technical/product constraints without losing customer focus.
  • •Contribute to the design system, conduct or support usability testing/lightweight research, and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of product design or UX/UI experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments, with a portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking.
  • •Proficient in Figma and comfortable with prototyping, design systems, and modern product design practices.
  • •You can own an ambiguous brief by asking the right questions, breaking down problems, and moving them forward.
  • •Comfortable challenging requirements or assumptions, defending decisions, and balancing design intent with technical/commercial/time constraints.
  • •Saudi national (this position is designated for Saudi nationals).
