Job Summary

Lead analytics for Dynamic Revenue+, building the reporting and insights foundation that powers product innovation, commercial strategy, and business growth. Own business, product, revenue/pricing, and commercial analytics spanning metrics like ARR/MRR, retention and churn, feature adoption, ADR/RevPAR, and pricing effectiveness. Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments, translate complex analysis into executive recommendations, and partner with Product, Engineering, Revenue Management, Commercial, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own reporting and insights across key business metrics such as ARR/MRR growth, acquisition and activation, attach rates & gross margin, retention and churn, CLV, and forecast accuracy.
•Measure and optimize product performance metrics including feature adoption/usage, user engagement, pricing recommendation acceptance, activation funnels/behavior, and retention/health.
•Evaluate revenue and pricing performance using metrics such as ADR and RevPAR, occupancy and booking windows, dynamic pricing effectiveness, price elasticity, and market demand.
•Support sales and customer success with customer segmentation, market opportunity and win/loss analytics, pricing strategy and pipeline analytics, and upsell/expansion modeling.
•Design, execute, and evaluate experimentation (A/B tests, product and pricing experiments, customer pilots and market rollouts) and provide executive insights on business impact and next steps.
