Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate monthly incentives per defined policy guidelines and run the incentive calculation model with high-quality due diligence on payments for the portfolio.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, including Excel automation with multi-layer equations, charts, and pivots.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to control and compliance policies, and coordinate QA and user acceptance testing with quality assurance managers.
  • •Validate and support a team lead in ensuring adherence to guidelines across the team and operate independently.
  • •Identify automation and AI opportunities, design and implement LLM-powered reporting/documentation/knowledge management solutions, and evaluate emerging AI technologies aligned to business priorities.
